The Cats and The Hats

In habitually distracted manner, Stevie only half listens when Chelsea, before leaving for work for the day, asks Stevie to be sure to take the cats out sometime during the day. Stevie heard the request as, "Be sure to take the hats out sometime during the day." Uh oh, Stevie. Time for another lesson in paying attention to detail. This time, Chelsea begins the a hard hand spanking, then quickly progresses to a thorough strapping!
