The Dog Walker's Spanking

In good faith, Chelsea hired Maddy to walk her dogs. Unfortunately for Maddy, friends at the dog park told Chelsea all about the way Maddy would let the dogs off their leashes and let them roam. That didn't set well with Chelsea at all. Not only for the dogs sake, but for the dog park etiquette sake. Guess what's coming for Maddy?
