There's an important charity event for the local historical society that means a lot to Chelsea. Luci has promised to attend, however, whenever reminded, she responds distractedly. When the day of the event arrives, of course, Luci misses it. Well, that doesn't sit right with Chelsea at all. In fact, it requires a bit of discipline for the undisciplined beauty.
