But first, Chelsea "convinces" Cece to fulfill her obligation. It's a girl-group spa day with a special price for the assigned number of guests. But when Cece discovers one of the other ladies is someone she doesn't particularly like, she decides to back out, letting all the other friends down and driving the cost per person for the spa treatments up a notch. Well, Chelsea's not having any of that nonsense. A friends are friends and you don't let them down, if possible. This childish, "I don't like her," business wins Cece a trip over Chelsea's knee for sure! Cece's pouting doesn't stop Chelsea from delivering the goods and getting Cece to keep her promises!
