A Severe Heat Wave: Making Proper Adjustments

Feeling the heat, Amelia decides to turn the air conditioner down. Chelsea feels chilly and upon checking the system temp, sees that the problem is the air conditioner is set too low. Chelsea turns it up. Amelia turns it down, again! Finally, Chelsea catches on and a lesson in power and money conservation ensues!
